Une <strong>altercation<\/strong> entre deux p\u00e8res de famille, \u00e0 l\u2019heure de d\u00e9poser les enfants. L\u2019un d\u2019eux aurait montr\u00e9 <strong>un couteau<\/strong>, en prof\u00e9rant <strong>des menaces<\/strong>. Vendredi 10 mai 2024, il comparaissait au palais de justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 ce moment de la journ\u00e9e, les places sont rares devant l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. La victime s\u2019est gar\u00e9e \u00e0 la va-vite pr\u00e8s du trottoir. Un second homme, qui accompagnait \u00e9galement son fils, s\u2019est senti en danger. Selon un t\u00e9moin, il aurait cri\u00e9 : \u00ab Attention, tu vas m\u2019\u00e9craser \u00bb puis aurait pris le p\u00e8re \u00e0 parti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab Attends, j\u2019arrive \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ce dernier avant d\u2019aller se garer. Pour le pr\u00e9venu, ces mots sonnaient comme <strong>une menace<\/strong>. Son avocat, Me Gentric, \u00e9voque une \u00ab phrase mal comprise \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le pr\u00e9venu est rentr\u00e9 chez lui \u00e0 toute vitesse. Il aurait pris <strong>un couteau de cuisine<\/strong> et l\u2019aurait gliss\u00e9 sous sa manche, ce que l\u2019homme nie. Selon ses dires, il aurait seulement d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sa chienne et enfil\u00e9 une veste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a ensuite retrouv\u00e9 le p\u00e8re de famille qui accompagnait ses enfants au portail. Et lui aurait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 <strong>le manche de l\u2019arme<\/strong>. Il aurait <strong>\u00ab cri\u00e9 fort en mena\u00e7ant la victime \u00bb<\/strong>, relate Lucile Chaussade, la pr\u00e9sidente du tribunal. Parmi les menaces prof\u00e9r\u00e9es : \u00ab Va d\u00e9poser tes enfants,<strong> je vais te fracasser les dents<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tous s\u2019accordent sur<strong> le ton mena\u00e7ant<\/strong> du pr\u00e9venu. R\u00e9ponse du principal concern\u00e9 :<strong> il s\u2019agit de sa fa\u00e7on habituelle de s\u2019exprimer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suite \u00e0 l\u2019altercation, le p\u00e8re de famille s\u2019est r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 dans le bureau de la directrice, qui a appel\u00e9 la police. \u00ab Monsieur \u00e9tait calme lors de son interpellation.<strong> Mais il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerv\u00e9 durant son transfert.<\/strong> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elle \u00e9voque <strong>une col\u00e8re \u00ab difficile \u00e0 apaiser \u00bb<\/strong>, qui s\u2019est poursuivie jusqu\u2019en cellule. \u00ab Vous avez donn\u00e9<strong> des coups de poing<\/strong> dans la porte vitr\u00e9e, au point d\u2019avoir les mains en sang. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le pr\u00e9venu, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 32 ans, est d\u00e9crit comme<strong> \u00ab impulsif \u00bb<\/strong> par sa compagne. Il serait \u00ab actuellement nerveux \u00bb, en raison de sa r\u00e9cente perte d\u2019emploi et du d\u00e9c\u00e8s de son fr\u00e8re et de sa s\u0153ur. \u00ab Peu importe \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jean-Luc Lennon, le procureur de la R\u00e9publique. \u00ab Quand on conduit ses enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, on fait attention \u00e0 ses nerfs. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son casier judiciaire comporte <strong>cinq mentions<\/strong>, principalement pour des infractions routi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le procureur a requis 12 mois de prison ferme, assorti d\u2019un maintien en d\u00e9tention comme peine compl\u00e9mentaire. Il a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 une interdiction de contact avec la victime pendant trois ans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu sur cette derni\u00e8re peine. L\u2019homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 8 mois de prison ferme.
