D\u00e9put\u00e9 de Bretagne entre 2012 et 2022, Richard Ferrand a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une attitude relativement constructive en faveur de la langue bretonne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans l&rsquo;affaire du pr\u00e9nom du petit Fa\u00f1ch, Richard Ferrand avait sollicit\u00e9 le ministre fran\u00e7ais de la Justice et obtenu de lui la reconnaissance du tilde par l&rsquo;\u00e9tat-civil hexagonal (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/france3-regions.francetvinfo.fr\/bretagne\/finistere\/tilde-bientot-autorise-etat-civil-annonce-richard-ferrand-1783417.html\">source<\/a><\/strong>). Une d\u00e9cision contest\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais devant les tribunaux, ce qui entra\u00eena la r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;une loi, la Loi Molac, soutenue par Richard Ferrand, qui pr\u00e9voyait la l\u00e9galisation des signes diacritiques, mais \u00e9galement la reconnaissance de l&rsquo;enseignement immersif et son financement par les communes. Le Conseil constitutionnel avait censur\u00e9 partiellement cette loi en 2021 au terme d&rsquo;une cabale men\u00e9e en sous-main par le ministre de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation fran\u00e7ais, Jean-Michel Blanquer, un jacobin doctrinaire (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouest-france.fr\/bretagne\/langue-bretonne\/langue-regionale-les-reactions-a-la-censure-de-la-loi-molac-par-le-conseil-constitutionnel-d829f6ca-ba21-11eb-9f68-462af952901d\">source<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2013, Richard Ferrand \u00e9tait \u00e9galement le co-signataire d&rsquo;une ratification de la charte europ\u00e9ennes des langues r\u00e9gionales ou minoritaires, dans une version \u00e9dulcor\u00e9e (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/14\/dossiers_\/alt\/ratifier_charte_langues_regionales_minoritaires\">source<\/a><\/strong>). Un projet rejet\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Fran\u00e7ois Hollande sur la base de la d\u00e9cision du Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat, une institution tr\u00e8s hostile aux droits des peuples de l&rsquo;Hexagone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quoique vivant en Bretagne, Richard Ferrand n&rsquo;est pas breton et ne consid\u00e8re par la langue bretonne comme un enjeu essentiel. S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de syst\u00e8me de pens\u00e9e hostile \u00e0 la langue bretonne, il n&rsquo;en demeure pas moins l&rsquo;homme-lige d&rsquo;un autre homme, Emmanuel Macron.
